What is Freestyle Workout at NCGD? Freestyle Workout is a free-flowing style of fitness session. It allows you to train across multiple exercise. For example, cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. focus on varied muscle groups and challenge your body. Equipment available: Free weights Bench Press Dumb Bells Elastic Bands Rubber Balls A personal Trainer is also available upon Request. Schedule by appointment only! Monday to Thursday 7:00-9:00 Friday 7:30-8:30 Saturday 12:00-4:00 Sunday 12:00-4:00 What to bring: Indoor shoes, Towels, Water Bottles
